Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session may be non-refundable
• No-shows may be charged in full

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only if cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance
• No refunds are given for missed sessions or late cancellations
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days when applicable

Modifications and exceptions

If you cannot attend due to medical emergency or serious reason, contact olga.spellman.tantra@gmail.com. We will do our best to find a solution.
