Singing Bowls Massage is a professional session based on vibration therapy using Tibetan singing bowls and Tingsha bells.
The work can include contact and non-contact massage techniques to relax the body, harmonize the energy field and create a deep sound space.
The practice is certified by the International School of Sound “Spirit of Himalayas”.
Formats
- Non-contact massage with four bowls for energy balancing
- Contact massage with three bowls for energy harmonization
- Non-contact relaxing massage with seven bowls for recovery
- Group sound therapy with singing bowls
- Sound therapy outside the salon
- Sound therapy in sauna or near water by agreement

Contraindications
- Serious chronic diseases
- Severe mental problems currently or in history
- First trimester of pregnancy
- Presence of a pacemaker
- For contact massage: thrombophlebitis, young age, high blood pressure
Preparation
- Do not overeat before the session.
- Do not smoke or drink alcohol before the session.
- Wear comfortable clothes that do not squeeze the body.
