Booking and payment

• All sessions must be booked in advance
• Payment terms are agreed personally after the request
• Bookings are confirmed after personal confirmation

Cancellation and rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellation may be non-refundable if payment was already made
• No-shows may be charged in full

Client responsibilities

• Arrive on time and in a clean and respectful manner
• Inform the practitioner of relevant medical or psychological conditions
• Confirm that you are physically and mentally fit for the session
